What are the benefits of joining the Program?

What if I have problems enrolling?
Contact your DMS provider help desk and they will assist you with enrolling.
What happens after I enroll?
Your DMS provider will send SiriusXM your factory-equipped inventory and customer information (customer name & address) for your vehicle sales each day.
You will receive an Activation Kit in the mail within 7-10 days, which will include radio activation instructions as well as SiriusXM brochures to give to your customers. Once you receive your Activation Kit, you can immediately begin activating the Demo Service and inform your customers about their 3-Month SiriusXM Trial Subscription.

Can I tell what vehicles are factory equipped?
Most DMS providers indicate which vehicles in inventory are equipped on the vehicle screen with a SiriusXM logo.
How do I know my customer information is safe and treated appropriately by SiriusXM?
SiriusXM understands the importance of data confidentiality and security. We follow industry-leading standards for data protection to ensure all customer information is secure.
When can I begin activating the Dealer Demo Service?
You can begin activating the Demo Service as soon as 48 hours after you join the Program, or any time prior to delivery.
When will my customers’ 3-Month trial subscription Start?
The 3-Month trial subscription will start upon receipt of the vehicle sold record with the customer’s name and address.
Will all pre-owned vehicles receive a 3-Month trial subscription?
Yes, your entire pre-owned inventory of factory-equipped satellite radio will receive a 3-month trial subscription if complete and accurate customer information is received.
If I’m unable to activate a radio, who should I contact?

What if I change my mind later and want to opt-out so that my customers no longer automatically receive a Trial?
If you want to opt-out of the program, simply send a written request to Sirius XM Radio Inc., Attention: Automotive Remarketing, 27200 Haggerty Road Suite B-5, Farmington Hills, MI 48331 and request to be removed from the program. Upon receipt of this written request, it will take approximately 30 days for the opt-out to take effect.
